Amazing sleepover and hiking adventure with the Nephews!

On Friday night we picked up our nephews, Josh, Wesley and Landon for our amazing sleepover adventure. Saturday morning we had breakfast and then off it was to our hiking adventure in North Fork where we saw an awesome waterfall. The boys were so tough and hiked in snow and mud all by themselves. We then had a really good lunch, took some fun pictures and headed back! Back at the condo we played a really fun game of Life where Landon won and then chef Jared made his delicious Italiano Pizza Pie! We hope to have the boys over again for another fun adventure!

We done struck rich!

Last weekend we (me, Jared, our friend Josh and his cute wife Kristy) went prospecting and camping up in American Fork Canyon. It was very beautiful and I got the worst sunburn of my entire life. And I am now peeling miserably. We stayed two nights because you can't just camp one night (As Jared always says). We bought a kit for gold panning and first try we found a pin head sized gold nugget and a few teeny gold flakes so we are now planning our retirement from the gold we found, ok not really but it was really fun!
