The most amazing trip of our married lives!... Thus far...

Rather than purchasing something that would probably just get old and put in a corner with our tax return money, we decided to take a little of that money and go on a fun trip so that we can have memories that will last forever!!! Sorry if that sounded cheesy... Any way, we decided to go to Washington because we love it there. We went and saw Jared's brother Shaun and his wife Belinda and their two adorable children Shelby and Lium, they were so much fun. Then we went and stayed at our good friend's home Jereme and Cylvia Johnson, we played the Wii fit and I got to see Jared hula hoop, it was very exciting... We then ventured on and stayed at the Lake Quinault Lodge and it was so pretty, we went on about a seven mile hike through the Olympics and tried to see some bears but instead we saw a whole clan of elk and caribou... it was really cool up until the part where they looked like they were ready to charge us.

We saw the world's largest spruce tree, as you can see I look like a bug compared to the size of it...

This was a pretty little waterfall by the Lodge we stayed at.

Jared and I went wandering about in the lodge and came across this cool chess set with huge pieces, Jared loves chess as you can see.

Here is the outside of Lake Quinault Lodge, in front of us was the beautiful Lake Quinault.

We spent all day one of the days here at Ruby Beach. It was so beautiful and sunny!

And what else are you going to do at an ocean but watch the sunset!

This is us on a ferry going to Seattle and Jared tilted the camera just a teeny bit too high but I love that it's only half of my face, it's pretty much my favorite picture ever!

And this is us in Seattle riding the monorail across town, we walked through Pike's Place Market and saw a ton of cool things, like the biggest fish ever being tossed across the market, it was awesome! We had so much fun and were sad to leave but we did miss our kitties, needless to say they were happy to see us :)
